Areas of practice

As a specialist attorney for intellectual property and IT law, Dr. Benjamin Stillner advises medium-sized companies and associations primarily in matters of competition, IT and contract law. In addition to the development of trademark and advertising strategies as well as comprehensive legal advice for Internet shop operators, litigation is a particular focus of his work: Dr. Stillner conducts more than 100 court cases per year throughout Germany, in which he mainly enforces or defends his clients' claims under competition law and industrial property rights. Decisions of the German Federal Court of Justice (BGH) and the European Court of Justice (ECJ) in competition and trademark law are based on proceedings in which Dr. Stillner acted as counsel in the trial instances.
